Hey ho
So, sneaking in with a citroen zx here, long time lurker ..etc
Running a K14 @ 22 PSI on bosch pump and fmic.
Got a T25 in the post, so hoping to sort that in the near future.
Also had both a very minor rear and front ender since pic - so got spare bumpers on at the min and awaiting some bodyshop action to get it perfect again.
Anyone recognise it? I've had it just over a year, but previous owner had shown it a heck of a lot of love.

cooooie! yes so many boards, but no decent zx board - maybe i could start one and all 3 of us could sit around while the tumble weeds roll past.
T25 turned up this morning , will have to find some time to sellotape it on

best thing about that fmic (apart from the awesome price and near instant delivery) was the pre cut pipe and lack of thinking when it came to routing - although will be changing around at some point when i get the new turbo and xantia manifold on. Bending the rad doesn't seem right

ended up buying new mikalor hose clamps and double clamping everything as had a bit of boost leak couldn't track down. Hairspray ftw, nothing popping!

Sorry to hear that, I've just bought a similar kit again (with chocolate clamps) so maybe I should pre-empt the problem and buy some decent clamps as well..
Can't complain for the price though right.

Of course not, I was going round in circles trying to locate it and just went belt n braces.
Tried fashioning a leak test kit out of a foot pump and stickyback plastic but it was rubbish and i couldn't pressurise the system. mark_airey Wrote:I have a real soft spot for these and I have no idea why Understandable, they're awesome

at the home brew pressure testing kit, you didn't use duct tape and cable ties, that's where you went wrong..............
You may have a point there, its not as nice as James' 16V though, they are just porn, he needs to put his XUD engine into that but he won't, can't think why!

Make that 4 of us now mate.
Read with interest what your doing to the ZX, in the process of doing the same to mine down here in New Zealand. Its a real help to see pictures of things done.
Mines a dark green 94 5door Volcane, Had a 3door about 15yrs ago back in the UK but will never see one down here.
Just found a fabricated inlet manifold for the FMI though from some guy that stuck a ZX engine in a rwd camper van.
Just doing the head gasket on mine first as bought broke to play with.
Is the T25 a straight bolt on swap and is there massive improvements with this setup over factory turbo

Cool 4 of us, with enough time and determination I reckon there could be 10 of us one day ;0)
I've got project threads for both my ZXs up
