End of shooting season a few pheasants ran across the road, me n the mrs in her NAD...as I didnt care about the NAD and knew I would hit at least one and there was a car behind, I just kept my foot flat on the go pedal...
60mph, clipped pheasant on nearside...

Clears 6 foot stone wall!!! Goal!

I used too not care about running over wildlife untill a massive brock (badger) bumbled out in front of my clio one night, calmly removed my bumper, rad and headlight for me at 60mph and then ran off! lol

Good effort on the rabbit though! does look like he just wanted too end it all lol

I hit an owl. Took its' head clean off its' shoulders.

Driving at night, see this terracotta coloured object in the road and immediately think it's a housebrick so position the car directly over it so I miss it.

Only little fella stuck his head up at the last minute.
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

Im in tears just imagining these things!!! Hahahahhahahaa

I was in my 1.4 and a dog ran out from behind a van. Literally had the distance of the van to stop in the rain.
Never seen a dog do so many back flips! Luckily it got up and I took it home.
Bloke asked me if id like to keep it and they're struggling to re home it.
Shame id just bought a puppy few days before hand.

Last thing I remember hitting was a pigeon down near Curts at a fair old whack, hit my bonnet and went cartwheeling end over end and hit the car about 4 back too.

I remember my mate test driving a shed of a R220 TDi that smelt of dogs, to top that off we got lost and the thing was practically ready to run out of diesel! anyway on the way back from the wild ride, There was a pigeon sitting right on the middle of the road. This shed we were in, was chugging like tractor on acid as it must have been on fumes!. Anyway the pigeon heard us coming and looked right us, to say wtf is that! and oh my life!! my mate just continued and we went over it like we went over a speed bump!
so to add to the fun of that ride, my mate kills a bird in some elses car on a test drive!

Pretty sure I nailed a rabbit on my way home, positioned the car to go over the fucker, and he ran to the side of the road, heard a thud, but it's dark so no idea haha

I managed to run over someone's black Labrador in a Tesco van about 9 years ago, it ran out in front of me in a village with no streetlights on a dark winter evening - it had no chance.

Last week a pigeon decided to stand in the middle of the road and look up just as my bumper was passing over its head.

Maybe, but I don't swerve to avoid wildlife - one of my brother's school friends did to avoid a badger and ended up crashing the car and her passenger was killed...I'd rather there was one less pigeon on the road than risk losing a friend or family member.

I've always been told you don't swerve.

I hit a pheasant on the way back from picking up the Merc, just clipped it but flicked it onto the verge stunned. My dad had given me a lift and was following me back, and I saw him pull over, went back and he'd found it in the hedge and wrung it's neck, he took it home and had it with the Sunday dinner. Waste not, want not.

Hit a baby deer last night, f*cking retarded thing legged it off the road and waited until i was accelerating away before jumping square in front of the van again... Hmm Isn't even a mark on the van, poor sod.

Fairly sure the highway code actually specifies that you shouldn't take evasive action for wildlife, for the very reason of danger to other road users. At the end of the day humans are number 1...

I had a large bird in the edge of an old bmw I had with the chrome bumpers and it was wedged in. I just left it there and it turned into a skeleton and eventually it wore itself out.
