Every 12k I think. Unless your running on veg oil, then do it a few times in the first 2000 miles and then probably every 10k.

They are only £3 from ECP, and it can never hurt to do it more frequently

Mine gets done every 6-8k with the rest of the filters and oil.

Its so cheap to do that you'd be silly not to do it a few times a year.

I do mine every 2 or 3 oil changes, with a pump you're spinning faster than normal and is injecting more than stock, you don't want any restriction on the inlet... You're likely to drain the pump body and cause damage, it's like running an engine at full speed and running it out of oil...
