Ok so i fitted my turbo now it sounds bit like a police siroen with no boost but the reek is pure black not a bit of white could it be a boost leak ?

sounds like it.. all gaskets new on the inlet/pipes? it would have to be a pretty hefty boost leak break out the soapy water and give all the pipe joints a spray, rev the engine gently, if yous ee bubbles you have a leak..
i would suspect that something is open completely or left off somewhere however Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!

Have you got a boost gauge to see what it's boosting? Is there any play in turbo? Let's hope inlet/exhaust gasket isn't leaking or you will have to take turbo off again

No play in turbo and hope not like and boosting 0 psi

If there is 0 psi something's not right even a blowing gasket still should register some boost made sure the boost gauge pipe is on properly or if it's split

Ok the turbo im gettingg is a k14 has manafold and all the pipes still hopefully goes straight on
