Just had a quick look at removing the front bumper, i have a newly painted one ready to go on, and while i was there i was going to remove the rad fans ( they don't work ) to make room for the FMIC. Now my question is, on the drivers side do you need to remove the washer bottle as i can't see or feel where the nuts are, the pass side looks easy enough to get to.
Any tips aswell to make it easier would be good.
Cheers Titch

No need to remove it, there is enough room. I use a 1/4 drive ratchet. The nuts are 10mm. Theres some wiring and a water pipe that may be in the way, but usually can just work round them.
Dont forget to disconnect the fogs if you have them, i always used to.

Theres a small plastic piece connecting the arch liner to the bumper that needs removing, 3 torx screws. One from underneath into the bumper, two from the arch liner into the plastic. Drop that off then reach up into the cavity, on the back of the slam panel are 3 bolts, 2x 10mm holding the bumper, one 13mm holding the slam panel (ignore this one). Then unplug the fogs, undo the 3 10mm bolts holding the bumper supports along the bottom of the rad (if theyre still there).
Job done pull it off.

The 3 bottom ones were all still there, they were lose and will come out, it was just the drivers side ones i couldn't see or get at.
Going to do it on Sunday hopefully, get the fans off and the air con condensor off and the slim line fans on and then bolt the intercooler in place, and get the newly painted bumper back on.
Then leave plumbing the intercooler in for a bit
