Just got a load of pics il upload in a bit. I heard the best size for the turbo is a 41mm 45 degree to the turbo.

That bend is only for the C5 110 HDi pipe and i'm 99.9% sure it's a 90 degree not 45 (I know i bought a 90..) the 406 HDi 110 pipe is just a straight fit

I have the 90 degrees and it fits, it does look like the right size tbh.
One thing ill say is you'd be better with hi grip jubilee clips down round the turbo and the 90° bend instead of mikalors, as my mikalors are a bit of a 'squeeze' really. Isnt ideal.

The pipe you want if the 2.2 HDi bottom pie, it flows alot better than the 110 pipes

The "C5" one is the 2.2 hdi one but it doesn't come on all C5s however does come on most 2.2HDis (including the 406)
Its my fault everyone refers to it as the C5 pipe as I got my first one off a C5 not realising that a) the C5 was a 2.2 and b) that other 2.2s come with them. When I got the first one I knew nothing, nobody knew much then, were talking several years ago now.

Im fairly sure the subframe came out of the factory like that. The one on my estate is much worse.

yep thats it. You'll need to cut off the sticky-outy mount on the left though as it fouls the sump.
Remember your 41mm 90 needs to have a decent leg length (150mm leg length not the shorter ones)

I did put in wanted section but I dont suppose anyone has this 2.2 pipe for sale? Ive looked on ebay nothing there and also nothing in my local scrapyards. If you have other intercooler pipework then all the better. I have twin pass cooler just no pipes. Thanks
