You know what, in the right light it does remind me of a certain person who's earned herself a similar label - bodged, scraped and full of retarded... Wink

correctamundoo

this was ginges, then toms, then vaughans, now its mines

f*cked the headgasket good an proper, cocked up on bleeding a blocked off pipe when i bypassed the heater matrix (AGAIN, seems less than year old matrices aren't worth for shit)

drove it like 8 miles with next to no water in the engine, probably warped the head to shit cuz water that was resting in the heat exchanger for he fuel filter was boiling like a good un

MEH

it'll get fixed when i have the money, and then ill do something suitable samass-esque to it, which no doubt mean itll get scrapped when the mot runs out Big Grin

Oh man Sad I changed the matrix in that christmas last year, then when i put an engine in for vlj there was team coming in the car so i bypassed it. Keep us up to date with it Sam would like to keep tabs on it/see how its getting on, albeit not so well atm!
Doesnt even own a 306.

On an XU, ones doesn't simply bypass the heater matrix and not expect overheating. That's how I killed the 6 because at the time I was a 306 noob. Rofl

Also the temp gauge sensor was faulty, and kept going up and down.

There was a restrictor in the pipe in the pipe i used to mimic the flow of a heater matrix. :p
