Going to replace both arches on the 205, as they have no arch liners im looking for a way to protect them.
Im thinking that painting them with hammerite, then some stone guard like original and then a coat of underseal with added waxoil. would this be enough or is there something else i should do, possibly powder coat them(would that be overkill)?

Underseal then wax oil works a treat.
Good idea to paint first I guess depends if you have any bare metal there now.

Yeah strip em back to bare metal, weld in, then prime, prime, prime, paint, paint, underseal then waxoil.
Powder coat would be a bad idea, because it will chip.
Or just hammerite the shit out of it.
A moments silence please, for our brothers in the NAD-zone.
