Little strip down Then some little additions Also got me some OEM looking gauges Then mocked up the cooler , oil coolers pipe work, etc, made some templates for brackets Got all the brackets, pipe work , all made up welded & painted now, Just waiting on a few parts to turn up then i can final fit every thing

yeah 2 1/4" core bit , slide the pipe through then silicone around the pipe
13-12-2013, 06:29 PM
Why 2 oil temp gauges and also isn't your boost gauge a tad optimistic?
13-12-2013, 06:34 PM
One for charger oil temp & one for engine oil, & yes the boost gauge is very optimistic but it was the least chavtastic one i could find

Ooh i like that boost gauge. Where did you get it and how much?
Im not sure if I'm going to take my drivers side boost pipe over the top of the IC and in through the passengers side of the rad or if I'm going to do the same as you. Are you cutting the hole for the bottle filler neck bigger to take a pipe through there?

It is from the mighty ebay, cant remember how much it was ?
No the IC pipe loops back behind the lower slam panel , It does a full 180* loop off the end of the IC if you get me, obviously that pipe you see in the pic was cut right down.

Ah ok and spins around where the AC pump used to be? Never thought of going that way. Giggidy.

Yes correct, but my PAS is there now so it needs to drop abit lower, its not ideal but i think it will be fine, it was the best way i could see doing it without chopping the chassis. All i had to do was just extend the washer bottle mounts 40-50mm to allow the pipe through
29-12-2013, 11:02 PM
hasn't yet !
Don't think there is to much further to go now though Its alot further on than the last pics 138 BHP XSI

Yeah I had read that the V1 had problems so when I was talking to rich he said he would be sending all the gear to aviod the issues with the same earlier kits.so should be no issues with this
