Sooooo. I think i screwed the pump. Was running without a fuel filter for some time because the fuel filter housing was leaking. At some moment there was boost but no go. Like it was running with no compensator. Could not rev it more than 2000rpm. The cambelt needed changing so bought new things to try yo bring her back to the road.
New cambelt
New INA tensioners kit
New belt and tensioner for the accesories (power steering)
New TD radiator (the old one is leaking)
New coolant
New sport air filter (enough of running defiltered)
New VW Golf mk2 fuel filter (temporary until i find a new fuel filter housing that doesn't leak)
Just hope it's not too bad for the pump and just needs some cleaning or else it's time for a new 9mm head.
