Yeah fork in the right hand is the correct way to eat?
08-11-2013, 12:14 AM
Not technically it isn't, no.
08-11-2013, 01:27 PM
Technically your supposed to have your fork in your left hand upside down aren't you?
But what's the point in that?!

I eat both ways, depends how I'm feeling lol. So gunna get the chef at work to make me a couple of steaks tonight

If you're right handed, you should have the knife in your right hand.
Not sure why, presumably as you'll need the strength from your best hand to cut through chunks of meat, whereas stabbing things with a fork requires less effort.... However, if you're only using one piece of cutlery (just a spoon for soup, or just a fork for pasta) that should then be in your right hand.

Kebabs require no such tools. Neither does cider

Jealous, please!
I'd call that plate a starter, and you've had the steak overcooked! "wipe its arse and send it out" is my philosophy

Today I had a flame grilled half pound prime steak burger, topped with slow barbecued brisket that had been soaked overnight in BBQ sauce and shredded, on a sourdough bun, with skin-on fries, coleslaw, onion rings, pickles, and 5 black treacle BBQ wings...
