this morning, I helped move my mum and dads caravan forward, as they are getting a new front wash house door fitted,
after me and my mum had moved the caravan forward, my mum asked where's the grey plug, like this one,
![[Image: IMG01842-20131101-1208_zpsc4eaac5b.jpg]](http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c138/pugboy360/IMG01842-20131101-1208_zpsc4eaac5b.jpg)
as the grey and black one tend to coil together so you can move them out of the way.
but some sad bastard as gone and cut thing off!!!
so that's f*cked the caravans internal electrics for towing! they took a foot of wire with it too!
what's the f*cking point in damaging a £2k van for sake of a £2 to £5 quid part!
I hope what ever its gone on catch's fuckin fire!!

i have only ever towed a handful of times with a fully working light board. Theyre terrible. Then again I am putting it in salt water every time i launch my boat D:
but yes this is extremely tight and pointless.

my parents own a camping shop and they cost £2!!!
but to fix now you'll need to splice in some extra wire to extend I guess? which will be a pain, easy enough though

you could fit a socket to that, and make up a double plug lead, so you can unplug it and lock it in the caravan

You have to be careful with that lad, he's the sort that would nick your underwear off the line because he refuses to wash/buy his own :p

Honestly, you can't leave ANYTHING outside that has the slightest whiff of copper or scumbags will have it away.
Liven the lot up to 240AC I say :p

the thing is, they left the black one a lone. some times the rents have it hooked up to the mains, for a heater to air it off.
