I imagine the springs wear so the break pressures change over time, not to mention the nozzles have a hard life. And the bosch conversion came from one car that done how ever many miles then into this one to do however many miles, bet they've done over 200k!
Im on a td04 Padge. Cant go much bigger unless i go modern/vnt. Which i really want to do but im going to need headstuds before i even consider that option!

Well this morning i was greeted with this lovely soaking footwell -.-
And on the way to work the charge temps kept pretty low which was nice!
And future plans are 11mm pump and 10mm fuel lines from the tank to the pump!
Edit: And also if your throttle cable is stiff and your cheap like me, soak it in a bucket of oil for the day then put it back on, silky smooth now!

I bet you have the same problem that my metro had, that's the door seal either been clogged or design fail.
mine was a design fail, leading the water into the car, so I knifed the holes on the outer side so the water goes out not in.

Just finished welding my exhaust back together. And after looking at it, making up a new one should be my top priority, less ones a mish mash of pipes and good welds and shit welds and all sorts. It fits great but tbh its f*cked. My down pipe is already 2.5" so im going to get some other bends and straight in 2.5 and make a full system.

The guy who normally welds for me is teaching his son to weld. So his kid done it, to be fair to him i think the metals got some kind of coating on it because the original welds had no penetration and neither did these. But o well he'll be welding up my new exhaust for free i think. And not his kid lol
