What on Vaughan? You bought a bike at last or borrowing one?

I think a bright green set of Marzocchi Bomber z150s would also go well with that bike if Vaughan put £30 in my pocket.

TBH for £60, that'd be the makings of a damn good bike!

Ive got a set of Marzocchi Bomber z150 SL's for sale. Bright green with carbon fibre logos. Still work fine other than bushes are starting to go which can lead to a little bit of tuck under under breaking but I'm sure someone can find some replacements. They were serviced with genuine seals and oil and then only did about 5 hours of riding. £40

Dog not included in sale.

Awwwwww dude, seriously tempted.

Which bushes do you mean, are they leaking, how much travel and do they have a lockout?

No they aren't leaking at all. There are bronze bushes in the top of the legs to stop play and they are starting to show signs of wear.
Yes they have lockout and a 20mm front axle.

Aston Hill is definitely a terrible idea in the wet. I managed half the XC course before giving up. Was constantly having to put my foot down and properly came off 3 times then to top it all off I fell over pushing the bike so I gave up. Wet hard pack chalk and many many roots made it lethal.

I was massively cheered up while pushing my bike back up watching people on full downhill bikes coming off in places that I had managed to stay on though.

I'm going to Swinley Forrest tomorrow though which should be alot more rideable.
