So iv had a nasty rattle when coming off load for a while, I suspected it was something on the AUX belt, so iv taken the belt off and went for a drive, and surprise surprise its stopped, now the AC pully has a shit load of play on it and I suspect this is at fault, so obviously I don't want to spend out replacing it as im not going to get it working, so the question is....... is there a NON AC belt for a HDI as they all came with AC???
Also I noticed that the bottom pully is off centre and when I took the belt off it centred up again, I noticed there is some sort of fandangledness going on with it and it has no play, so is this just how it supposed to be?

Just cut the old belt down to the length you want, then go into any motor factors and look through their stock until you find the correct belt

will I have to remove the AC or can I get awat with leaving it the? or will it foul the belt?
