Has anyone used Vortex ratchets?

Just looking at this set:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DRAPER-71244-1...2312c8d87d

Would there be manu situations where they would be useful on a 306?

I'd imagine they would be useful when undoing bolts or tightening up bolts... As any ratchet set should be?

You can get a much better kit from halfords for not alot more when theyre on offer, the 150 piece for example.

They're draper tools, vortex is their branding i guess. Draper are alright tools; not budget, then again nothing pro.

Actually could do with a vortex ratchet for work but don't really have any ideas what you'd need it for on a 306

Get the Halfords one, it's not that much more expensive.

I've had that set for a couple of years, never used! Just use the normal set of draper expert ratchets tbh.

I have a set, find them useful.... Can put allen keys/screwdrivers down through them, sockets are thinner than standard.

Using it to wind out a K14 is a doddle for example, allen key through the ratchet and socket :p
