You can get a much better kit from halfords for not alot more when theyre on offer, the 150 piece for example.

They're draper tools, vortex is their branding i guess. Draper are alright tools; not budget, then again nothing pro.

I've had that set for a couple of years, never used! Just use the normal set of draper expert ratchets tbh.

I have a set, find them useful.... Can put allen keys/screwdrivers down through them, sockets are thinner than standard.
Using it to wind out a K14 is a doddle for example, allen key through the ratchet and socket :p
