Just picked up a Dturbo cheap, now looking to build the best i can for under £1000 Smile Should be interesting!

Performance wise? FMIC/TD04/Bosch pump Wink

Needs a 2.1TD, HDi box, 306 bosch pump, iveco fmic and then you will be a hero and have a very quick DT with a silly amount of torque

Depends what you are looking to upgrade.

You could spend that on the engine alone, forged, 4 paddle clutch, new turbo, modded Bosch and up rated head studs.

Then you have to take into account, brakes, better suspension, the best tyres, nicer alloys.

Have fun though.

I have spent loads more than that lol Sad

seriously...for the effort involved...

just sort out hdi rods, fmic, 11mm gov'd pump, steel head gasket and a gt20series turbo of some sort with mbc and you be laughing hi side of 160bhp

I dont think I would suggest it though if just outright power is wanted....

its quite a lot of effort if his xud9 is in good shape

I will get some pics up soon when car is back Wink

Just gone in for full service, HDI brakes, EGR delete, Boost gauge, FMIC, Side exit exhaust.

Also awaiting a Bosch pump (Gov mod and LDA pin to follow) and TD04 i have waiting to go on Smile
