True, but i paid £20 cashola for them so not really complaining at the mo.
To be honest, now the wheels are balanced and a few suspension bits tightened, i'm really leaning towards keeping it. I mean.. would be waste not to see the full potential of the blower, right?

yeah I see the car has loads of potential, at the end of the day you are getting the chassis practically mustard. be a waste when you have got this far and decide to recycle it. my little rover i am still scratching the surface with it, as my dad says why not go throttle boddies.

nah i actually cut up some steel brackets and used the original mount points. Would have been a pain bolting them to the floor with the annoying box section in the way

Looks epic. Them vents look mint too, im sure that idea will be copied by a few d turbo owners on top mounts to aid cooling, need them on the otherway round to the way you have them on tho

It would Completely mess up airflow if you do this on a TMIC...
Nonetheless it looks badass as f**k

Wut? So the stock bonnet felt is more effective than what two of them positioned to flow passing air over the top of the cooler to disperse the heat would be?

Personally I think it looks pretty silly.
In the shots it looks all moody and stuff which is cool, but it's all photo effect.
If you just had it all re-painted in a deep metallic blue it'd look f*cking amazing.

Had a random idea about this car. How about a 4x4 style step to get in it.
Sounds daft but suit it
