Impreza seats and boat vents - cwspellowe - 02-05-2013 Yay, productive day today. Got my impreza seats fitted finally along with the boat vents yesterday. Oh and got my wheels balanced at last, which highlighted some very worrying quality issues with the XXR's. think i'll be dropping them an email, it's as if when they cast them, the spokes are unequal length on one wheel, meaning the lip is about 2mm thicker on one side? Took about 120g to balance the fucker! Anyway, today's pics RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - procta - 02-05-2013 it will be a shame to break it after the summer, why not just give it a well wound engine too so its got vicious power. RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - C.A.R. - 02-05-2013 Them seats really need a wet vac... RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - cwspellowe - 02-05-2013 (02-05-2013, 09:11 PM)C.A.R. Wrote: Them seats really need a wet vac... True, but i paid £20 cashola for them so not really complaining at the mo. To be honest, now the wheels are balanced and a few suspension bits tightened, i'm really leaning towards keeping it. I mean.. would be waste not to see the full potential of the blower, right? Impreza seats and boat vents - JamesG - 02-05-2013 I love it shame to see it get broken! Re: Impreza seats and boat vents - Tyronnster - 02-05-2013 Looking at Subaru sears, what subframes u use RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - cwspellowe - 02-05-2013 Erm, 5mm steel plate and bolts whacked onto the Subaru sliders.. Subframes? What are they? RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - procta - 02-05-2013 (02-05-2013, 09:23 PM)cwspellowe Wrote:(02-05-2013, 09:11 PM)C.A.R. Wrote: Them seats really need a wet vac... yeah I see the car has loads of potential, at the end of the day you are getting the chassis practically mustard. be a waste when you have got this far and decide to recycle it. my little rover i am still scratching the surface with it, as my dad says why not go throttle boddies. Nice 1 RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Scott - 02-05-2013 Those seats look great, though as said they look filthy RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Grant - 03-05-2013 This is fapping epic! You've gotta keep it Chris. RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Niall - 03-05-2013 You just bolted them through the floor pan didn't you Chris? Lol RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - cwspellowe - 03-05-2013 nah i actually cut up some steel brackets and used the original mount points. Would have been a pain bolting them to the floor with the annoying box section in the way RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - 306GT30 - 03-05-2013 Looks epic, you know what youre missing though? To bad you live across the pond, otherwise you could visit me and i could shoot you some 9mm bulletholes in a few panels... that would look shit hot RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - cwspellowe - 03-05-2013 OMG. Come to Scotland. I will supply you with haggis and irn bru RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - procta - 03-05-2013 (03-05-2013, 11:11 AM)cwspellowe Wrote: OMG. Come to Scotland. Impreza seats and boat vents - Jonny b - 03-05-2013 I could get bullet holes done for ya aswell bud lol RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Arron - 03-05-2013 Looks epic. Them vents look mint too, im sure that idea will be copied by a few d turbo owners on top mounts to aid cooling, need them on the otherway round to the way you have them on tho Impreza seats and boat vents - Jake - 03-05-2013 (03-05-2013, 02:45 PM)Arron Wrote: Looks epic. Nonetheless it looks badass as f**k RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Eeyore - 03-05-2013 bont vents ftw! Were they the ones we discussed on ebay yeh? looks good! So the stock bonnet felt is more effective than what two of them positioned to flow passing air over the top of the cooler to disperse the heat would be? RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Just Sean - 03-05-2013 Yeah, because of low pressure and high presuure airflow RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - rocker8742 - 03-05-2013 Chris what did you use to do the doorcards red? RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - c.gerrard - 03-05-2013 Red Fabric RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Arron - 03-05-2013 Say no more RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - r3k1355 - 03-05-2013 Personally I think it looks pretty silly. In the shots it looks all moody and stuff which is cool, but it's all photo effect. If you just had it all re-painted in a deep metallic blue it'd look f*cking amazing. RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Matt - 04-05-2013 Those seats look awesome RE: Impreza seats and boat vents - Jonny81191 - 04-05-2013 (03-05-2013, 11:56 PM)r3k1355 Wrote: Personally I think it looks pretty silly. Yeah. You need to see it in real life before making that comment, it's looking awesome and menacing Re: Impreza seats and boat vents - Tyronnster - 05-05-2013 Had a random idea about this car. How about a 4x4 style step to get in it. Sounds daft but suit it |
