(This post was last modified: 09-11-2013, 02:47 PM by Danny2009.)
Had a fair few d turbos now, this is my 7th without counting the ones I've stripped.
Been fancying the idea of a project sat on the side ever since I got my unit but wasn't sure what to go for, looked at classic minis 106's old school fords ect but got told about this so went and picked it up
As I got it back to the unit.
The drivers door was scratched all the way to bare metal but I had already sourced one before I got the car.
What I was greeted with when I got the door off
Going to fit 2 new looms with connectors.
New door fitted with tinted windows and won deflectors.
That's about all I have done ATM
Plans are:
Fit coilies and lower back to suit
White clones unless I find some other wheels
Decide what engine of many I have to put in and fit all new gaskets
Ph3 front bumper
Smooth ph3 bonnet and grill
Smooth ph3 bootlid
Gti6 front brakes
Have loads of other plans for it but don't want to let all the plans out the bag just yet
Car will be on the road for September when my insurance policy runs out gives me time to get it finished and then insure this as a second car ad use my current car as a work horse.
Comments welcome

Boot just wants a fine sanding to get the harsh sanding marks out then that's done
Need to cut the plate flush to the bonnet and another skim of filler then that's done
Started on the grill get that finished off this week
Engines nearly ready to come out
Buying a compressor next week watch this space
