They do yes, but its more a problem with those particular panels

the bonnet he is providing is having a central brace across it to avoid the flapping...
in other threads the reports are good

If made right the carbon fibre should not flap about, we make large pannels for juno race cars at uni and have a full carbon fibre hovercraft at uni and none of that flaps about

CF is much more rigid than FG though.

he is making his own ph3 bonnets, even had a bonnet donated to make the mould. these arnt cheap crappy moulds iirc

When those phase 1 fiberglass panels first went into production about 6 months ago, the moulds were from a spaceframe 306, they would fit yes but the gaps would be very noticeable. I don't know if that's still the case, the reports for phase 3 bonnets are good but I havnt found anything about phase 1 panels yet.
I'm the only one I know of currently with a fiberglass phase 1 bonnet

Fiberglass ain't sleeper!
If this stuff is good though I mayaswel get as much as I can, already got fiberglass panels added on my insurance
