All you need to "connect" is the IC. From the turbo into the IC then IC to the inlet manni. Simples

FMIC is mounted at the front.
slim line fan is a good idea for this.
one pipe to turbo outlet...the other to the engine inlet.
may need grinder and "tapping" tool to make room for pipes
done

Basically remove the standard fans (so you have space)
fit a slimline fan (or 2) using the standard wiring
Bolt the FMIC to the front of the car (buy nuts bolts and ally strip from B&Q)
Run a pipe from the turbo to one side of the intercooler
run a pipe from the other side of the cooler to the inlet
Simples.
You might need to hammer/grind a few bits to get space for pipes

Where does the tiny pipe go that runs from the top of the bosch pump (beside the lda) into the bottom of the Top mounted standard one in the FMIC?

If your putting a fmic on, the boost compensator hose needs to join the pipe coming out of the intercooler into the inlet manifold. you can drill+tap a hole and screw in an adaptor for the boost compensation hose, or weld on a nipple to attach it to

Right the Front Mount Intercooler i have at each end it measures 2.5", so will the pipes i get have to be that little bit bigger than 2.5" to get over and clipped on?

best way for it is use silicone hose to connect the solid pipe sections together. you can get silicone hose in 2.5 that will stretch just enough to fit over the 2.5 metal sections, maybe with a little washing up liquid if its really tight. make sure to use decent jubilee clips on every joint otherwise youl have a right headache with boost leaks popping up everywhere
