Ruan. Im counting my pennies tonight to get the rest of my bits from lynx. Then if iv got enough left to pay my guy to fit the cam belt and bosch i will get on it in the next week or so if im a little skint after lynx bend me over i wil have to wait untill after the 18th of this month when my next delivery of pennies go into my bank

Bout time for a little update i suppose,

Pump and turbo have been played with again, Iv also Defiltered it, a made up a mesh guard for it it to stop anything bigh being sucked in, sounds fecking Epic

on the visual side of things, i felt it was starting to look a bit chavy and i was getting a bit carried away with just putting anything that was uncommon on it, so iv dropped back more towards an OE look now, looks cleaner IMO

Iv finaly got around to doing my side exit , and what a PITA it was with all the choping and welding and linning shit up, but well worth it

Well its all over,



Decided its just not worth repairing now, the bonnet flipped at about 70mph, do the screen, bonnet, and roof,

Its MOT is up soon and it needs a few bits for that, it needs a new front bumper, idealy a rear and a boot lid to make it mint, i just dont think its worth the trouble truly gutted but time to move on

same thing happened to mine, yours looks alot better off for some reason, it happened to me at about 40mph and it destroyed the bonnet, it almost turned inside out lol, sheared both hinges off, made a tennis ball sized dent in the roof where the aerial got pushed in and broke the screen. that was a month ago and its still not been repaired
dont give up though buddy, new screen fitted is less than £90, get a scrapyard bonnet and im sure youl re-find your enthusiasm for it

I just cant bring myslef to do it. Its past it prime now and it will nevernlook as good as it once did and i will always be chasing that again which will end up cost me a pack to get it back there again. The roof isnt to bad. But it is bent from left to righ and its pushed the middle in too. I could repair it cheap . But iv changed the front recently and i cba to do it all again.

Hopfully going to look at a 5 dr ph1 sigma later/tomorrow
