Not ideal. Will be effectively solid gov now and you will have the full force of your right foot pulling that washer hard against the cradle, and the cradles are brittle and renowned for snapping.

why not file down the washer a bit? Obviously only if you can't find another smaller one..

How do you guys lock the cradle + gov into the black bit on the bottom side of the spring? Been at it for a few hours now o.o

When your taking apart, you have to wiggle the top because the gov and cradle are placed into the other end of the pump.
How do you lock it in that bottom end once rebuilding?
