Quick gov mod question.. - RePT - 22-12-2012 Is it okay? Used a slightly bigger washer, had to use a bit of force to get back into cradle. edit: notice how it(the waser) wont budge from where it is 'sloted', it only moved 1mm or so, just want to make sure that wont be an issue with acceleration! Re: Quick gov mod question.. - Dan! - 22-12-2012 Not ideal. Will be effectively solid gov now and you will have the full force of your right foot pulling that washer hard against the cradle, and the cradles are brittle and renowned for snapping. RE: Quick gov mod question.. - Jonny81191 - 22-12-2012 why not file down the washer a bit? Obviously only if you can't find another smaller one.. Quick gov mod question.. - RePT - 22-12-2012 Changed it. How do you guys lock the cradle + gov into the black bit on the bottom side of the spring? Been at it for a few hours now o.o Re: Quick gov mod question.. - Dan! - 22-12-2012 Not sure what your trying to explain lol Quick gov mod question.. - RePT - 22-12-2012 When your taking apart, you have to wiggle the top because the gov and cradle are placed into the other end of the pump. How do you lock it in that bottom end once rebuilding? RE: Quick gov mod question.. - samass - 22-12-2012 like, grind down the side of the washer so it fits in the gradel. geez, im high, and i got that. geez Dan!. Just geez.
