Not strictly a guide but a very useful source of info regarding Bosch VE pumps.

For anyone that wants an interesting read, and because a lot of people have got to the same stage of "LDA grind, head change, gov mod" before realising there's an immediate silence regarding what to do next.. start by having a read of this.

Fantastic source of information and plenty of diagrams and explanation of how all the components work together.

If you are serious about tuning your pump further, it's essential you understand where you can modify the pump and what effect it will have. Not promising reading this will put you at a DarrenJLobb level of diesel know-how but you absolutely need to know what's going on before you change things, let the pump run away and you destroy your lovely new engine.

Just thought this may be useful to anyone who hasn't seen it.

I was gonna say the stuff coming out of the pump but hey ho.

And cully your thread title's hardly obvious haha. I think it'd be better with separate threads for xud/HDI etc. just IMO.
