Just a quick question...
Have you checked whether that turbo will fit behind - by the looks of things, that won't fit, it's too low and too far back :/
I had to smash in the bulkhead to make that fit....

in one word NO but anto? used the ko3 mani and it all fitted nicely although mine is hanging 15mm lower than his so i may have to take a hammer to the bulk head ill get a pik with the head sat on the block with the turbo atatched see what you think

I know that mine just touches the bulkhead cross member but that's on a K14/T2 manifold and doesn't have a wastegate actuator attached as there was no way it was going in with it fitted!
I'm also aware that anto got his to fit with the actuator on using the other manifold so you might be alright if your doing same as him

Sadly I think you'll have steering column joint fouling issues there... It's quite low and far back, I was really close to the steering column with that turbo and it doesn't hang down as low as that... I had to shave stuff off the back of my compressor housing and smash the bulkhead in...
Give it a go and surprise me though, but I think you might have issues, when I saw that the first thing I said was "No chance that'll fit..." from first impressions...

i did think it may have some issues with the thickness of the plate i used but couldnt tell for sure out of the engine bay so you and ruan are right lol ive been talkin to anto whos done the same as im gona do just need to make a 10mm adapter rather than 20mm and all wil be ok lolor i might just make a mani to bring the turbo over the box but this is all new to me so its all a learning curve :geek: although i do thank ruan for bringing it up for me to look in to it deeper
