Haha cheers Jamie.
Have you got your mounts on yet? Such a win!
Handling wise, its just re-fit upper brace (needs new holes drilling for eccentric top mounts) get trailing arms cambered, and get a cage welded in.
Soo many smiles per gallon

Think Jamie meant the 1.8 engine is better suited to the 306 chassis with regards to weight-distribution etc.
Looking tidy dude, you driven it in the wet with that camber yet?

Are there two identical adenoidally-challenged Ed's on this forum? Or am I so special I get referred to by name twice in the same post?
When have you been in my car?! I forget?! Srsly, I'm almost certain you've never been in it. Grant has, but only in the wet with a *cough*unplugged *cough* TPS...
And yes we need to discuss this clearly [/size]

Except they're a better engine too... Shorter throw crank, lower mean piston speed, loves to rev, ally block with damp liners... Bloody perfect

REALLY??! I do not remember this....
Unless....
I think I remember; it was on the '6 rear beam though; handles WAY better on the VTS beam, specially with the GAZ dampers.
:\
Which means it didnt happen.
Which means my car still handles better than Grants. Mostly cause it has the correct engine... /canofworms
