Hi guys
Sounded like a pretty simple idea to me but I can't find any info on it.
Basically I'm looking to get a pair or cobra seats for my pug but wanna avoid paying ridiculous subframe prices like the plague
Does anyone have any experience or seen a guide on how to fit buckets onto standard runners?
Hopefully it's just a case if some drilling, not using it for race or track all it has to do is pass MOT standards
Any help greatly appreciated

It can be done, I've done mine like it. Ideally they need welding. Be careful as to get the angles the same as the driver and passenger frames are different shapes, hence the passengers can tent to tilt back more than the drivers...

It will be a ball ache to do but is possible.
Would be easier and safer getting raped for mounts or making your own sub frame.

I have forge Motorsport near where I live, they do custom fabrication right?
I wonder if they could help out.

Hmm anything is possible with an angle grinder, may go to scrapers and get one and see lol
Thinking about it, would 5dr runners fit a 3door? If so wouldnt need to worry about the tilt shiz.
Am I right in thinking the mount points are the same?

im looking into this again to try and save £100 buying frames. ANyone got any ideas or a link to the metal with the holes in?
Also where can i mount the inside anchor point? Weld or bolt through the exhaust tunnel?
Or bolt through the subframe?
