I bought them this morning, they fit, center bore is smaller in punto so needs one of those spacer things.
Also found out it has locking wheel nuts that I don't have they key for, luckily Toyotas box if locking wheel nuts had the right one in! Also treating them to a set of new 195/55/15s.

Need a set of spigot rings to convert from Fiat fitment (56.1) to whatever these are as the bolts will eventually work themselves loose.
Also need a new wheel more than likely as it hum's like a bad man... Probably wouldn't hurt to get the poundland black spray paint on the go for a touch up of the alloys either.. Full valet, paint correction, polish & wax and new set of tyres all round:
Did an oil filter & oil change last night. What a ball ache! The oil fitler is enclosed in a casing above the drivers side driveshaft behind the back of the engine!
Also, my OBD2 blue tooth adapters arrived so I'll be looking at getting the app to work on the Nexus later. I need to reset the maintenance spanner warning now somehow. Also fitted my spigot rings to help hold the wheels on.

These don't map too badly tbf, EDC16 IIRC and they're from the same stable as the GM CDTi motors so there's lots of options out there.

It has a GT1749MV, good for 210 bhp? FMIC as standard. Engine code: M737 PUNTO 130CV / (Z19DT? / 1.9TiD?). Everyone on FiatForum uses RedDot. Surely TB/JammaPic/ProSteve/MrWhippy could have a pop at it. Wiki info on engine: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JTD_engine Info: The Multijet second generation features a common-rail design and is available with seven different power outputs. The 8-valve version has 100 PS (74 kW; 99 hp), 120 PS (88 kW; 120 hp) or 130 PS (96 kW; 130 hp), the last four with variable geometry turbocharger; and the 16-valve version have 134 PS (100 kW; 136HP), 138 PS (103 kW; 140HP), 150 PS (110 kW; 150 hp) or 170 PS (130 kW; 170 hp). Opel also uses a version of this engine. Their CDTI engine, manufactured in Pratola Serra, Italy and Kaiserslautern, Germany, is the product of the half-decade joint venture between GM and Fiat. It is used in the Vectra, Signum, Astra, Zafira, Cadillac BLS and Suzuki SX4 as well as some Saabs marked as TiD and TTiD (twinturbo version). Applications: Alfa Romeo 145 Alfa Romeo 146 Alfa Romeo 147 Alfa Romeo 156 Alfa Romeo 159 Alfa Romeo GT Cadillac BLS DR5 Fiat Bravo Fiat Brava Fiat Croma II Fiat Doblò Fiat Grande Punto Fiat Marea Fiat Multipla Fiat Punto Fiat Sedici Fiat Stilo Fiat Strada Lancia Delta Lancia Lybra Lancia Musa Opel Astra H - 2004-2009 "1.9 CDTI engines with 120 and 150 PS" Opel Signum Opel Vectra C - 2004-2008 "The four-cylinder diesel engine was replaced in 2004 by a Fiat-designed 1.9 litre Ecotec CDTI engine capable of producing 89 kW (119 hp) in 8v form and 110 kW (148 hp) in 16v form." I think Steve and JP have had a play with EDC16 in the past, they are a bit different since they're torque based ECUs rather than IQ based like EDC15, but there's a good bit of info out there on them tbf... Yeah, should be good for ~180-200hp at a guess... Yours is an 8v, right?

Yes, as far as I understand it's an 8v and the Punto's never came with the 16v.
