Only thing I would say for the paint job is how dusty your workshop will be.

£10-20 on a crap load of dust sheets put up on the ceiling/walls will make a big difference

And a very good water trap for the airline

For the floor id just chuck some water down on it.. Has worked for me in the past for keeping dust down lol
