XUD cam belt query!

It's fairly easy to shove it over, get a socket on the crack, crank it round slowly and push it across as you go. Easy with 2 people. I'd get that back on

Then, keep an eye on the belt, watch to see if it continues to edge it's way off. If it does, check all pulleys, tensioners etc

If it ran out there in the first place, pushing it back wont help it will just instantly run out there again lol.... The belt will always ride where its happy to ride, not where you put it.

Things to check

1 - Is bottom crank pulley fitted and nut tightened?

2 - Is belt tightened to a fairly normal tightness?

3 - Are you sure injector pump is bolted up flush and tight.

Failing all of these something must be broke, most likely a tensioner or pump nose bearing, but unlikely.
