De-Cat - De-Cat is easy and cheap, remove the cat section of the exhaust, cut open the top, smash the shit out and weld it shut. Its better to cut it open and weld it shut on the top rather than welding a pipe in because theyer talking about changing the MOT rules to say that is a cat was fitted as std it must still be fitted for the MOT. It wont effect the emissions test as we only get smoke density. With a de-cat and a stage 2 map I passed the MOT with a 0.8 on the smoke test (3 is the limit)

IMO the best bet is to get a brand new helix clutch (about £400) and fit that o the std HDi fly wheel, messing around with new release arms and that it pointless when the helix works
