Just keep up with the threats of posting these things all over the Internet. That's the beauty of social networking and forums. It can very easily destroy the reputation of a business in hours!
Personally I think they are wankers after the way they repaired a stone chip on my car. All you need is to get a load of people like me to put this on the net and before you know it, there rep is going right down hill!
