rear smoke is allllll black! For sure it's in direct relation to lack of air being boosted through!

I don't have EGR Chris :cry:

Its just unburnt fuel, gotta be the manifold gasket or the exhaust flange leaking really, as for the lack of boost, just check its not leaking anywhere,

No EGR valve is a good thing, it means that you intake manifold and valves won't be full of shite due to having had exhaust gasses put through them
