Well lads, its been an absolute age since ive posted up here so thought I'd drop an update for anyone who happens to still surf the forum researching.
Estate has been laid up the last 3years and is in a bad state of disrepair. Bad break up see me kick the living shit out the engine and boil it over.
Also landed with a sedan someone which i killed, and then used all the parts from this project to build that up.
However that doesn't mean end game for the estate as this is still my baby.
Been collecting alot of parts to revive this old gal when ive got a spare 5 minutes to work on it. Plans had to be massivley upscaled as couldn't have this sitting in the shadows of the sedan.A good 95% of the parts are sat waiting now, I just need the time to put it all together.
So straight up, the plans pretty evil ? Gonna try keep the theme of a "fast road" sleeper alive with some elegant touches. Aiming for a minimal of 3x stock power. (Wish me luck!)
Parts haul so far is some new BC Racing coilovers with custom machined spring perches to suit BBM top mounts. Hybrid rear bars (think there somthing like 26/28mm setup) to go with xsara vts trailing arms. Obviously she had the big brakes before, 4 pot r33 skylines with 304mm disks, 266mm rear venteds. Interior wise is going full black out, finally got my hands on a set of full leather executive seats and got a 2nd set of dimma wheels just to hit those VIP feels.
Engine wise...
Forged rods, 4 to 1 manifold, gtb2260vk turbo with custom vnt controller, 2.5" exhaust system, ported head, cam shaft, heavily modified 11mm pump (got pretty good at these now ?), oil cooler, fmic and various other bits i don't quite want to give away yet.
If any of you guys follow my socials (Justin_306DTurbo) you'll know this ones definitely more then a daydream. Life's certainly gotten in the way, but 110% planning on seeing this project through and getting her back on the road!
