Just in case you hadn't spotted it, that version of PP2000/Lexia 3 is shipped from Hong Kong. Not really an issue unless you have a problem with it & need to make a return. Also, it needs Windows 7 or older to run, according to the info. (A lot of versions will only run on XP or earlier).
If the 206 you've got is fully OBDII compliant then you could get a generic code reader. Some of the better ones (still not particularly expensive) will give you live data when the cars running. I'm sure someone on here could recommend something. You won't be able to programme keys with a generic reader though.
