POR-15 is properly fussy about prep and has been known multiple times to fail and come off in sheets. I wouldn't use it.

Underneath of the Rallye, that got baremetalled 2 years ago and then stood for that time......Is just as good as the day I left it. Bilt Hamber zinc primer, with Bilt Hamber epoxy mastic over the top. I topped it off with flat finish 3M stone chip......Ain't nothing touching that.
