Then the lower ball joints as well. Then fitting. Then probably wheel bearings as well. New rear axle. May as well sell the car lol
And that's why most 306s handle like shit these days!

Wishbones aren't hard to change though, while you've got the hubs 'free' just knock them off the strut and have a local garage press a new bearing in.
Not much you can do about the beam though, that's expensive whichever way you go as there aren't many decent used ones left now.
