Timing belt jumped.

That would sound like bent valves to me a head swap is easy although it maybe worth putting a whole engine in these are really easy to pull out couple hours max for some one that's never done one then same to stick new one in.
I do have a good engine for sale removed running and on 115k comes ready to drop in |
