oh yeah, was ages from reading the initial post
 I would get a tap and clean out the threads on the drive flange, also make sure the spacer is seating nicely on flange and wheel.
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.
