Given its mostly apart would you not just do it correctly now? spend a day removing and lapping the valves and cleaning head properly, be very surprised if those valves aren't leaking, if even a small bit.

Really don't want to have to work out in the car park again. We're looking for a house with a garage at the moment so this can be taken off the road and done properly. Motivation is also at an all time low, looking at a brand new 4-2-1 manifold on the floor right now and not excited to fit it in the slightest. Want to be out driving this or building it properly instead of dicking about in a crappy car park every weekend 

I don't think mine is running all that well either, as the MPI fan system keeps coming on, so think the sensor is on the blink. As my Spi fan system comes on 1st.

Headbolts are brand new KAMAX ones (oe spec) . Bought a new set as wanted this done right but meh now
