Yeh as dan said a ball and spring valve is a good idea, you would get all power at once pretty much then, but your turbo will be much laggier. The idea your on about has been done many times before but wouldnt make any difference when your only on part throttle anyway, so still wouldnt be producing any boost. The LDA is just an extension of your throttle, so when your not flooring it the boost isnt there/isnt needed/wouldnt do anything to the pump anyway.
