Stef, I would send you a PM but I don't think I've enough posts to do so yet......
Couple of questions if I may. Just stripping and rebuilding a beam. Using it as a learning experience really. Beam is apart, everything has been blasted clean, I've marked the torsion bars as to which is which etc.
First question is how to tell if the tube is knackered? Both out and inner bearings on both sides were in reasonable shape with neither having worn through the outer shells and worn the tube. Outer bearing seats looking like this...

Over question is what are the OEM colours (I.e I know they are yellow, red and black but do they have names?) and which paint do you use? Is paint preferable to powder coating?
Last question really is do you have the SNR bearing numbers for the inners and outers? Wondering if its cheaper to get the bearings via a specialist bearing supplier rather than Peugeot?
