Finally got around to fitting my rallye aux setup about a year after a I bought it. 

Inlet manifold off, inlet side of the head was beautifully clean! 


Got a bit carried away with cleaning and ended up stripping almost everything off the block

Spent almost all afternoon sanding and polishing the alternator and pas pump as they looked really rough in comparison to the clean engine and powder coated brackets 


New bracket and belt in place  



Gave the injectors a real good clean and the inlet manifold a good scrub ready to reassemble tomorrow morning along with a ptfe gasket and a few other shineys I've got stashed away
