Get rid of the swirl flaps, vac controlled turbo and all the rest of that nonsense and also swap to a DW10 thermostat housing/water rail.
Would the DW10 Turbo fit on the 2.2 manifold?, guess the best thing to do is get it all, get it home and have a play with it, It's in an 806 at the mo, has an aluminium inlet manifold, don't know if they still have the stupid swirl flaps?
Just thought that if I could get it in the 306 with little or no fuss then it might be an easy route to more power, I'm used to fitting Mi & Gti6 lumps in 205's also done a couple of big power XU10 turbo conversions in 205's too so don't mind a bit of fabricating and messing around
