peugeot cant get it till next week if that,
no way am i taking the engine out i would rather struggle
once i get the inlet off i should be able to take the exhaust manifold bolts out so i can put the gasket in. (thats the plan in my head)
i will make some plates up and take it all off. i will try and take some pictures and put a guide up as i cant find one anywhere,

As said, possible but a f*cking nightmare! EGR would be easier removed if the engine was out too....
So you currently have all the EGR and shit still on, you welding plates to block top and bottom of EGR system? Engine out is your best bet...
