If you can pick up a distribution post for cheaps that would be great, i refuse to pay more than a couple of quid on principle, it's just half an inch of threaded bar with a bit of plastic moulded on the end.

My local scrappy likes to charge through the nose, it's just not worth the trip over there, I'd rather spend the money where it matters.
