My first ever attempt at a light restoration

when i had mine done no money changed hands at the time.
but time wise the guy took a good 3-4 hours from start to finish most garages charge £40 plus an hour some times more for welding work
the £100 quote you got i would be questioning what they will do for the money??

stuff it with cardboard and paint it or do a proper job in cuting, fabrication,welding and corrosion protection?
